ABA Section of Antitrust Law 2011 Fall Forum National Press Club - Washington, DC November 17, 2011
The Fall Forum will continue its tradition of providing an opportunity to hear directly from senior government enforcement officials on current antitrust cases and policy developments. Leaders from both the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice along with private sector experts will address (i) innovation and enforcement in on-line markets; (ii) recent developments in consumer protection and privacy; (iii) experience with the newly revised Horizontal Merger Guidelines, including a discussion of behavioral and structural remedies; (iv) antitrust enforcement after the health care reform law; and (v) current issues in international cartel enforcement.
